on August 25, 2021 By Molly Huddle Coffey | COVID-19
Last year, we worked hard to keep our community safe, and we were able to get everyone vaccinated in the spring! While we hoped that vaccinations would allow us to return to a more “normal” fall, given the high COVID rates around the country, “normal” is shifting. Here is what we are doing at RPS this fall to help keep everyone safe:

on August 16, 2021 By Molly Huddle Coffey | community
Wiffle Fest began twenty-three years ago with C.J. Spirito's dream to get people together in the summer with one of his favorite activities. Over the years it has grown into a true Wiffle Festival, bringing out the sweet spirit of community so unique to Rock Point events while raising money to support the mission of the school. As former Headmaster John Rouleau noted about the event, Wiffle Fest has a little bit of the magic of the Legend of Brigadoon!

During her time at Rock Point School, Emily served as a reading and writing tutor, then academic coordinator, and finally a guidance/ college counselor. It's the End of the Year as We Know It

on June 10, 2021 By Molly Huddle Coffey | high school
When people have attempted to describe this school year, we tend to end on one word: gratitude. We are incredibly grateful to have started school in person this fall and end the year with in-person graduation. This, as C.J. our Head of School said during graduation, was not an accident or good luck. This resulted from a year of wearing masks, social distancing, sanitizing, staying home (or at school), getting weekly COVID tests, and finally getting vaccinated. This was hard work, sacrifice, and dedication from students, staff members, and families. The community all worked together to make sure we stayed safe while still enjoying life at Rock Point School.
