Wiffle Fest 2025 was a Home Run!

wiffle fest group 2025

The Spirit of Wiffle Fest was strong at this year's event on June 29th, despite our first-ever weather delay! Due to incoming rains, winds, and thunderstorms on Saturday, we rescheduled our annual Wiffle Ball fundraiser to Sunday, which ended up being the perfect day for wiffle - sunny and warm with a light breeze. Unfortunately, the schedule change meant some folks couldn't make it, and we missed having them there!

On the day of the event, 44 teams came out to play ball. Luckily, we have expanded our fields to accommodate the record-breaking number of players. Everyone led with sportsmanship, played hard, laughed, saw old friends, made new friends, and picked up the equipment together to put away for next year. Shout out to alumni Satyr, Cam, and Charlie D. from the class of 2023 who came to enjoy the festivities!

Wiffle Champs 2025After a full day of play, our Major League World Series ended with The Ringers (Henry Wood-Lewis and Jude Rowland) winning over the defending champs, MMU2021 (Quinn Wardwell and Robbie Richards). In the Minor Leagues, team Mike and Ike (Michael Wood-Lewis and Isaac Wood-Lewis) claimed victory over the Hit Men. Congratulations to our winners!

We are so grateful to everyone who came out to play, cheer, and donate to RPS for this wonderful yearly event. In total, we raised $27, 599 to support the life-changing work at Rock Point School.
